Ryther Camera has a pattern of FRAUD, I order a camera from Ryther it started on EBay after I ordered the item Steve a sales person call and started upselling offer free next day shipping if I purchased other items.
I declined the offer for the other items it took 18 days to r
Received the item they promised to ship overnight, when I received the box I found nothing but sales catalogs. When I called Victor he claimed to be the owner of Ryther after.
At first Victor denied the shipping was wrong after producing the FedEx tracking information show the weight.
I contacted eday fraud department about fraud canceling the eBay order and billing it outside eBay system customer services explained that was not to pay New Jersey taxes (likely theres)
Ryther Camera placed nothing but zero on the items amount then over billed me for the total.
They are frauds top to bottom buyer beware.
After six week of HELL dealing with Victor and his staff of two he finally sent the camera I order, it turnout that the camera was a gray market camera I was told that by Nokia when the refused the warranty it also had phoitos in the memory, the camera send was used the date on the photos were more then 5 months old.
