Ryther Camera, of Linden, NJ, ryhteramera.com, sold to me a Canon 7D DSLR described on the invoice as new, with full US warranty. When I received the camera, I discovered that it was refurbished with a cheap, 90 day refurbished warranty. The company said it would resolve, but countless calls and emails later, I have not received reimbursement or replacement. The company charges a minimum 10 percent restock fee but will not even accept those returns without issuing a certificate.
