We have purchased a 3D2N Bangkok deal from Streetdeal. We only received their email once stating that their will provide us the PIN code with 7-14 days (that was in June). However, it has been more than 5 months and we have not heard from them. Tried calling them as early as 8am (opening time as stated in the website). But no one answered. Voicemail mentioned that they have friendly customer service, it is so untrue!!
