I ordered a signed, framed picture on December 14th with hopes I would be able to give it as a gift for Christmas. The UPS delivery arrived yesterday (12/20). However, the picture arrived without a frame. When I called to speak with a representative about my probelm, they told me they would send me a UPS label and I would have to send the picture back in order to be custom framed. I explained I would not have the picture back by Christmas and therefore would not have a gift. They had no reply. Today I called and spoke with another representative and asked that they send me a framed picture while the one I am sending back is in transit. I was told "they do not do that." When I asked to speak with a supervisor, conviently they were all out "at the warehouse" which is at a different location. Overall, I would not order one more thing from this company as they fail to understand the stress of holiday time. There has been no resolution and now I have no gift.
