Important update to my previous post...
After talking with another representative from Sports Memorabilia I have to say that they have gone above and beyond my expectations to resolve my problem. While we both agree that it should never gotten that far, I will admit that I could not be happier with the resolution... I will even go as far as that I will purchase future items from Sports Memorabilia... They deserve my business after what they have done!
