A month ago, I went to Design and Frame only to be deceived and have someone in business waste a month of my time. I received a quote over the phone for the framing company to stretch and fram my embroidered picture so that I could give it to my friend for her upcoming birthday. Little did I know that she would lie and then never answer her phone or return a phon call as the weeks passed. It was promised to be ready in a week. It was only a 5x7 picture. After each week passed with voice mail being a barrier each time of my call, I finally left a hot message to which the woman finally answered. She had not done any work on my project and said she was there alone. If she were having a problem, common sense would dictate that she should call the customer and explain instead of ignoring phone calls. This is childish and does not fit into any business. Finally, I got my unfinished framing job back. She had not stretched anything, just put a little glue on it which left an unacceptable picture. Once, I embroidered a 36 x 48 picture, had it stretched and framed and it is beautiful. Bulges don't belong in such a picture. I had her reverse the charge. Now, I will find another place where they know how to run a business.
