We bought Dragon Ball Z series from a movie store. 13 months later I saw a charge for $11.99, so looked back at all the previous months and saw I was being charged every month for the past 13 months. I called FYE FYE BSP VIP phone number they told me that they will cancel the membership but we wouldn't be able to get our money back for the past 13 months. So I told them I was going to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the operator transferred me to the supervisor. The supervisor apologized and said they will reimburse me for the past 4 months and that I will have to write a letter to FYE support services to get reimbursed the other 9 months.
