Card stolen reported to dispute resolution on 11/1 still no results i don't understand when the bank has insurance it should take no longer than 10days to find out if the dispute is valid and then place the money back on the persons account this is unexceptable netspend should be sued for there non shalont attitude about my money if this had happen to them they would want there money back in a timely fashion is there anything i can do to speed up this process.
