Just got the monthly visa statement. Surprised to see 2 charges from this company.
Ordered this product on 13/10.
I read the terms and conditons. They were meant to give me a 14 day trial at $1.99 and then if I was not happy I could cancel my subscription so I would not incur any more charges or receive any more of their product.
I received the product on the 28/10.
My first installment was taken from my account on the 24/10.
Not only did my order take several weeks to arrive, I didn't even use the item. I emailed twice to cancel my subscription and return the product, but have yet to receive any refund or any communication from this company.
