I called to have this account cancelled on Monday, Nov. 12 and I got a voice mail to report the last 4 digits of my card and send my e-mail address. I did that on Monday, 11/12. They have charged me another $35 since then. Today is only 11/13. I do not want to report this is a fraud. Call me at (Personal Information Removed) as soon as possible or I will call my bank and report the needed paperwork. The machine did not give me a Cancellation Confirmation Number or anything.
