I was researching a VIN # to buy a car, I saw this website where you could get a report for $2.95, when I put in my information no report was given. This was on Monday 01/23. I then tried to cancel any subscription and was told by an automated person that the "number has not been assigned yet" and then they hung up. On 01/26 a deduction to my account in the amount of $29.95 appeared for this place. Tried to call again several times during their operationg hours of M-F 8am to 5pm and still no answer just the same automated recording.
