Was looking for the free credit report as advised by my bank. Went to the wrong website. My bank told me I should not have had to enter my bank information. Went back to website, cancelled my membership, got a confirmation number for cancelling with the company. Was supposed to be reimbursed for the 1.00 they charged me (cancelled within 24 hours) and they have now deducted another 1.00 from my bank account. Tried to go to their website to contact them about this matter and Ripoff report came up. Am going to call the phone number on Monday to try to talk to someone but go nowhere the first time.
