Lemon dishwasher - LDS 4821 BB. Dishwashe

LDS 4821 BB does not clean or dry dishes at all.inspected by service man. Connection, water temp, pressure, detergent -no problem found but machine is worthless. I want refund or different unit only. Does not clean dishes AT ALL. Sierra Vista, AZ
