We will never use PODs storage again. We were happy through the drop off and initial pick up. Once we moved and had the container delivered to the new address, we had a complete different experience. We were not able to get the estimated drop off time until almost 10 pm, the night prior to having it delivered. Then once they showed up, over an hour past their 3 hour window, we had a similar situation in having it removed from our address. I am currently on hold, at 8:30 pm the night prior to it being picked up, trying to get our 3 hour window so someone can be here to let the driver through the gate to pick the POD up, but I'm being told that it is late at night and there is no one else there to talk to, and do to their busy schedule they cannot tell me when it will be picked up yet. The representatives have been rude, and have even raised their voice and said it is not their fault that someone has to be here to have the container picked up. Very unprofessional. We will go with a similar company in the future for the convenience, but not with PODs.
