I first heard of the company on TV. I forgot about them, then saw a banner ad in my Yahoo e-mail program. I had two old Blackberries and figured I would sell them. I received the quote, sent the phones, they acknowledged receipt and said payment was being sent right away. That was more than a month ago. I have written them twice with no response. I would like them to return the phones if they're not going to pay me the agreed amount immediately.
