I saw a commercial on TV by this company called Hello Totem. This company offers money for old smart phones. On 7-10, I submitted descriptions of 2 phones and received a quote of $170.77. I accepted this quote and 2-3 weeks later I received a Fed Ex Ground Shipping box in which to send in my 2 phones. I did receive an adjusted quote because one of the phones was not accepted and the other smart phone was quoted at $91.00. I accepted this. I received an email on 8-16 that the check was in the mail. Today, 9-7, still no check nor responses to 3 email inquiries. There is no way to contact them accept by email. This company doesn't have an available phone number. It would be nice to receive some explanation.
