CPS rips off injured workers in the name of fraud which is blamed on the worker Ripoff

In June I was injured while working as an employee of the state of TEXAS. Since that time I have been given everything but appropriate treatment. I am not given a choice of doctors, treatments or options in anything, not even medications. Medications have been witheld with claims that I am attempting to defraud the government through my mishap. I have been out of work for four months, with appropriate treatment this could have been over in a month.

Let me be specific, I was being sent to physical therapy, which made the pain from five ruptured disks in my back much worse. We only know of those as they did small MRI's and found three in my neck and two in the small of my back, however we do not know how many there are in total as we cannot do an MRI of the intire spine, eventhough the entire spine has been the complaint from the begining. If I had kept my mouth shut to my employer, gone and told my doctor and stated I had hurt myself at home, I would not have gotten that compensation for lost wages, but I would not be out of work near as long, could have had a complete MRI and fixed all the disks at once.

In Texas you have to do the LEAST amount of care first, if that does not work, VERY RELUCTANTLY, they might approve something else.

When released from therapy (physical) the pain in my back improved!!! What a thought, let's not make her do something that makes the problem worse and see what happens.

I have never defrauded anyone and do not appreciate the way the State Office of Risk Management treats everyone like all they are trying to do is rip off the insurance agency.

I am injured, I need care. Since I have been off work so long, I have lost my health and life insurance and am at risk of losing my car, and my retirement. I have worked for the state for five years. I can no longer afford to treat my high blood pressure and am sure this will not bode well for my future health.

Laws in Texas make it so you cannot sue for better care, you cannot do anything to get assistance. And you can't draw Social Security Disability while you are on workers compensation. I read stories of people who commit suicide due to the situation.

I will not do that, but I will become politically active.
I am convinced the state is attempting to starve me into giving up on my case.
