10/21 First call to the office, gave the secretary my information, message never given to the Production Manager. 10/22 Spoke to "Tammy" would give email message to Steve, waited for someone to call back. No one did. 10/23 Called the owner, Morris Ellin, "shocked" that no one called me back. Promised that someone would be at my home a week from Friday to fix the screens. That would have been 11/2/12No one showed up. Called Morris Ellin at 4:45 pm to let him know that no one showed. Had to leave message on machine. 10/2 - Steve called and said because of the storm they were very far behind in work. 10/312 7:22 am received call that someone would be out to take care of the screens. Someone did come, do not know who, they never let me know they were there. 11/5 Called Morris Ellin again, said there were two more screens that were in need of being tightened. Left message on recorder, and as of this date have not heard one word.
