My name is Ms. Vel J. Hicks. I am purchasing a home Oakmount Av.in Baltimore, Maryland 21215. I am having a problem with the Baltimore Gas Electric Company in turning my service on in my name at my home. When I took sick with the H1 N1 Swam flu. When I came out of the hospital I start staying at 3906 8th Street until I was able to get my own place.in order for me to purchase my home the income had to be $18,000 in order for me to purchase it. I use my income, my daughter income and my godson income to purchase the house. I receive the contract to the on September 9. I talk to the B G E on September 10 That is when they say I have a bill of $716 which they are gong to work with me. They was going to call me on September 11 between 8 am& 2 pm. They didn't call so I call them to see why they didn't call me. They say that my case was turn to the department of investigation. They gave me the number I call and talk to Ms. Morris, she ask me to fax all the paper about the house, all IDs and where my daughter is staying I did all she ask of me. I call back on September 12, Ms Morris told me that I did not fax her the papers I read her the confirmation. I told her I did, then Ms. Morris say hold on I held on while Ms. Morris check. Than Ms. Morris say that she have the papers. She did not apologize to me. Ms. Morris still say that I have to paid for a bill that not mind. I call Ms Morris on Oct. 2,3, 11,18, 26, Ms. Morris still say the same thing that I have to paid for a bill that is not mind. On Nov, 5 I ask her could she connect me to some over her. Ms. Morris told me to hold on then the phone hang up on me. I call back and the phone ring for 4 minute then some answer the phone I say hello and know one say any thing then the phone hang up again. Ms. Morris is the person that I all ways talk to. Ms. Morris still say that I have to paid for some one els bill. That bill is not my. I have health problems I have to be on oxygen mechanic and I am on disability. I am dis able I had two heart tact and two stroke. Iam staying with friends because its to cold to stay at my home.
