I ordered a birth certificate through this company and paid the extra money so that I could get it sooner than ordering it from the state and county. The reason I needed it earlier, is because I have been homeless and my daughter is trying to get me on her lease and I have to have a birth certificate to give the apartments a copy of it, before I can move in. They told me that I would get the birth certificate the end of last week, or beginning of this week. Here it is Friday night and I still haven't received it and I have called and left messages and sent e-mails. I feel so used. I don't know what I can do. It has already been taken off of my credit card.
