In September, I ordered a pair of boots that were poor quality. I sent them back because of this and was refunded. At the time, I had spoken with a customer representative on the phone to cancel my account, but was told that she couldn't cancel and process the return at the same time. We skipped the month of October, and I waited to go online and cancel my account in November after the return had went through. I went on the website and canceled the account. Lo and behold, on November 9th, I was charged the membership fee of $39.95. I was really annoyed, because I had moved overseas so I had to go through the hassle of contacting them when I was really busy. The customer representative this time was horrible! She refused to listen to what I said and insisted that I was basically lying about canceling my account. Her only option was for me to cancel my account, and lose the $39.95 fee by not using it, or to use the fee and keep my account active with the option of skipping the month. She wouldn't see reason, so I just hung up. I won't be shopping with JustFab ever again!
