I ordered some boots from justfab on 11/23. I received the boots. I wasn't quite happy with the boots but I decided to keep them but I hadn't planned on purchasing any more products from justfab. I was checking my debit and discovered justfab had taken 39.95 from my account on 12/06 without my permission. I called the co to find out why they took my 39.95. They said that was their policy to take 39.95 every month whether you order or not. I asked for my 39.95 back and they refused to give it back statin that it was a credit on my account I told them I didn't want no credit and I didn't want to order any products from them I canceled my membership with justfab.
