I ordered a sample of SYLK SKIN according to the terms specified. 1 month later I found another $82 appeared on my credit card (dated Oct 20). When I asked them to cancel further shipment because I don't believe the product works and that I have returned the Oct 20 shipment, the customer agent asked me to called back in 2 weeks before she would cancel any future shipment. That would be Nov 22 and by then another shipment would be automatically sent out and I will be charged for another $82. Sounds like they want to push another one up on me.
I called back on the same day at the advise from the credit card company that I should insist on a Cancellation # if I don't want to be charged in the future, and found that the conversation I had with the 1st agent was not in their record.in other words, I should not expect that that will honour the cancellation on Nov 22. Their request for me to call back in 2 weeks is only a delay tactics.
Another twist was also presented on the 2nd call. The agent said she will refund me 40% of the Oct 20 shipment but still refused to cancel future shipments for me. She just hung up very abruptedly and I will be surprise that I will see the 40% refund.
By accepting the 40% offer, I am losing close to $50 as I have returned the product.
The only way I can cancel future shipment is to change my credit card #.
Buyers beware... Once SYLK SKIN got hold of your account, they will continue to charge you once a month. They are just that hungry.
My advice - stay clear from them.
