I ordered a sample of ginale skin care product. I received another shipment and was billed for the sample and the shipment. I called and was able to get a RMA number to return the order and get refunded my second shipment. I didnt get the refund and was billed for yet another shipment I didnt receive. I have been billed a total of $357 for absolutely nothing. I have to cancel my credit card. I've also tried to call the 1-800 number and it is no longer in service. Complete scam.
