They are very rude and do not want to know that they have given us all a wrong telephone number - i would not bother arguing with them just get the rma number from them. Also send your items back via recorded delivery (so you can prove you posted it and they have signed for it - you can track this and they cannot deny not receiving it. Ask at the post office to make sure your item can be tracked and you get a signature at their end for it. Hope this helps.
