Placed a renewal of a subscription the 14th July for shipping outside US. It's now Mid November and still nothing.
Have send several email emails via their customer web form in the hope that they would resolve the issue (http://www.magazineservicecenter.com/custserv/custserv.Asp? From=4) but to no avail. When doing so I receiving confirmation emails like this then silence.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your subscription. As a reminder, please note that the following are the approximate times that are required for the receipt of your first issue:
- Weekly magazines take approximately 6 weeks to start.
- Monthly magazines take approximately 8 to 10 weeks to start.
- Magazines published bi-monthly or quarterly may take 10 to 12 weeks to start.
- Magazines being delivered to addresses outside the United States usually take at least an extra month to start service.
- Address changes may take 6 to 10 weeks.
Your request has been forwarded to our Customer Service department.

Have tried to send emails direct to old customer agents but no reply.
Appears this is a scam going on where they take the money and run.
