I have had $30 taken from my bank account without my authorization from Loan Tree Advances. I called them this morning and was told by a manager "Netta" (could barely speak english) that they can not refund my money. I explained I did not apply for their services or do I want or need a loan. She said "might as well take advantage of their service since already enrolled". I tried explaning I didn't enroll or apply for anything from them and wanted a refund. She said she can not refund any money unless I take a loan advance from them. Total scam... I am closing my bank account and will start dealing in cash from now on.
