Yes I got debited from my checking account $30.00 for a loan application fee that I did not approve of when I filled out the application. There was not a check button to opt out of this fee, so I wasnt aware that there was going to be a fee to process the loan. I did call Loan Tree Advances and they said my loan had been approved and that all I had to do was complete the app online and the loan/rep would call me back in an hour to put money in my account. I explained to the lady that I did not want the loan and she kept saying that I couldnt get the money back until the loan app was completed. I feel this was false informatin/advertisement and I should get my $30.00 refunded. I am not going to finish the loan process and just want the money put back into my checking account. Thank you one unhappy customer.
