I have a parcel that has been sent over a month ago, which has been sent via this company.
In the past 3 weeks, I have been chasing up on this. I have had a look at the website, and it looks rather odd. As in it looks like a frauded type of company.
They have given me an incorrect parcel number, and today I have recived a parcel that is a carpet! Something I have never ordered!
It has started to worry me because when i rang up yesterday, the lady cant seem to speak english properly and was incredibly unprofessional and used abusive language towards me.
I have also been onto the google web map, and the address reveals something sort of a council flat house.
I am terribly worried of how many people have been through this, and for myself, I will not allow this to go on any further.
I would be really obliged if this company is investigated and dealt with in great depth and lawfully asap!!!
