Unfortunately i had 2 dealings with this company. Which is run by scammer Cow boys.
1st was in 2012 when my supplier sent me item with BIML. After week waiting i contacted my supplier and he told the items been in uK with this company, then he gave me the contact number for this company one was 0845 no and one was mobile no.
After ringing numerous times, finally a rude lady picked up with heavy indian accent, was nt helpfull and said that they tried to contacted me and they numbers did not go through which is a total LIE..
Then she said the they are charges to pay and have to be paid into the account. Which was over £55. Once i deposited the money into the account, she told me that the item can not be delivered for few days as not having the VAN, so i have to collect it my self, address was given 44 thirkleby Close, Slough, when i went there it was some council ground floor flat, the boxes were handed over to me guy called WAQAR. With all process i lost over £100 as it delayed my online business.
The second dealing was on 28/06 when again my parcel was held with this company over a week and again not contacted. Again i obtained the from my supplier and when i contacted the company again, they said the could not get through to me. Which is a LIE again as my phone is 247 on. They she said the they are charges are £63.00 even the box was only 19KG, previously i paid only £22 for those kind of weight. So i was over charged again of £40. So i was scammed for £63, then the arrogant Lady called RAJ with indian accent was very rude, told me to collect the item from SafeStore in slough which is self storage. So this company is run by cow boy called Waqar and lady called RAJ. So my advice is stay away from this company. They will not contact you for your good and over charge you will not deliver your goods. So they should not be allowed to operate. Ali
