I was emailed that i was approved for a loan. I did everything they said. Brian Murphy was my broker. He explained everything to me and it sounded ligit. So i went along with securing my loan for 834 dollars. I faxed him all the ideas and social security papers he needed for my loan to go through. I then didnt hear anything for a week and after finally calling 54 times in one day i finally got him on the phone and he said that he "thought" he called me and told me that the insurance company needed me to secure the loan for the maximun amount. So like an ass i did! I sent him more money 580 to be exact. So after i sent him that i called him back the next day after many attempts again i got him on the phone and he said everything was all set and i would have my money by 3 that afternoon or by the next morning. I called him the next morning because i still had not recieved the money, and i was told that it was released and he didnt understand why i didnt get the money. I was put on hold and then he came back and said to me that the lender had pulled out at the last second. I was then transferred to the Customer service rep Bill Waters. He then told me that the loan was pulled and that i would be recieving my money back from the insurance company that i had secured my loan with in 7-10 days. It has been more than that!!! Nothing in the mail and now im facing eviction from my apartment. I really needed this money to help with medical finances and i was severly dissapointed about it. I was in tears for days and i dont know how to handle what will happen next. I advise people to stear clear of Brian Murphy and Bill Waters from CFG!
