We were contacted via email by Consultant Finance Group letting us know that we had been approved for a $50,000 loan. We called them and got assigned a Loan Consultant, Brian Murphy. He emailed us the loan papers and we faxed them back with signatures and copies of W2's, paystubs, a voided check, and I.D. We were asked to put money onto a Green Dot Money Pak card to pay for the Creditors Insurance and after it cleared we would have our loan funds deposited into our account. They never hit. We called and they said the lender pulled out, that rarely happens, and we would be mailed back a check. They let us know we could try through another lender with them and faxed us new loan papers. We went through the motions again and that money never hit. Now they won't answer our phone calls or emails. We have filed complaints with the BBB of Southeast Florida & the Caribbean, Federal Trade Commission, National Cyber Security site, our local police department, and called the Green Dot company. They put our family in hardship in a time when we needed help and I am not going to stop until I get our money back and they are shut down!
