This happened twice that I was billed for things that I did not receive, the first time I c0ntacted them. Zinga told me that since I was playing on facebook it was a facebook issue, I contacted Facebook and they said they could not refund the money. It was for credits that I was paying for a game I was playing. I decided not to puchase anything and have my credit cards taken off their site. Yesterday I picked up a credit card statement and there was $200.00 billed by zinga
