Yesterday the 17th of March I made a purchase on "Stormfall" a game app hosted by Facebook.
Facebook gave me a message saying the account will not be billed due to a technical error.
However my credit card was still charged the 25$. When I contacted the software developers (Plarium) and Facebook support neither party wanted to assist instead send me in circles and refusing to see the proof I have. They will not give me my money back or the item I purchased!
