Had some minor problems as far as sending the right to person out to measure our window coverings, they sent a drape person out to measure instead of a shutter one, they gave me 10% off for the mix up. All in all I would recommend them, the installer was very clean and did a good a good job. I had 4- 3/12 " plantation shutters instatalled at a cost of about $ 1700. Heard other people that got them from Lowes or Home Depot and they paid at least twice as much and the product was'ny even a HD
