I've had good luck with cheap o air, especially when booking overseas flights, and landing in one country and leaving from another. The deals they offer make it easy to leave from my tiny (one gate) local airport to an international location... Would recommend them. It is possible to buy insurance, which should solve many problems. Yes, the time one can spend on hold to talk to a real person can be lengthy, but I've always had good luck in getting the issues I've brought forward getting resolved. I would recommend this site for ticket purchase.
