This is an out and out fake law firm company. It is a scamming company registered as a money making corporation. It was registered in April of in Florida.
They use a legal sounding name in order to fool the scam victims, who are contacted by a David Kline from the Broward County Courthouse in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He claims to have a check for timeshare reselling fraud victims and needs a small fee ($110 in my case) to process the legal papers to mail you the awarded check. He usually asks for a personal check, please do not give it to him, he is an out and out fraud, beware!!! He is part of the original timeshare resale criminals, now they want to scam you again posing as legal recovery agents.
