I ordered a boxed set of dvd's from the kangaroo dvd website in September and by the end of October still hadn't recieved my order. After emailing them (email is the only way of communicating with them) I was told the order was with the customs broker and they had it released for me and that they were charged $18 in taxes which would not be passed on to me and my dvd's were now with my local carrier. Still nothing after another fortnight. They then said they would track my parcel (no tracking available on website) still nothing. Have sent email requesting refund and have discovered similar stories on scambook, some word for word responses from them to customers. I think their a scam.
