I was contacted to offer me a $3000 loan and i was to prepay 3 months payments by western union to shawn baker in essex ontario canada.
Then told i was required to pay half the insurance. I would be reimbursed plus fees within 1 hour. Then i was told that i needed to pay the full insurance by western union again and then i would receive the loan. I was trapped and when i wanted a refund i was told it would be up to the lender on a biller cycle and not until 45 days later. So i continued to send the money. I was then told i would receive the loan in my account at 7:20pm on nov. 2 i still have not received the money and was told it had been done.
