Was told Gary Fernandez was going to help me reduce interest rates on my credit cards. Talked to him one time and he set me up with a new card with 0% for 12 months, received card and was told that he was going to call back and never did. Trying to get a hold of company and him but answering service comes on and says having technical difficulties. I think i was scammed out of 998.95. Trying to get help to receive my money back!
