Received call from Kevin Roberts to lower interest rates on credit cards. Charged $798.95 to credit card on 7/16. Promised full refund if cards paid in full in 3 months. Cards paid in full on 8/15 and payoff receipt sent to Key One. Promised refund in 2 months. No refund made. Called back and told refund due 10/29. No refund. Now phones go to auto answer saying " Technical difficulties " for over a week. Need resolution please.
