This number called me and it was obviously a foreigner with a very heavy accent. I was barely able to understand her.
She said she was from the US Federal Government Grant Department and that I qualified to receive a $9,000.00 grant that didn't have to be paid back and was allowed to use the funds any way I liked. She said she would need a credit card number, even if the balance was $0.00 in order to transfer the funds from the Federal Reserve Bank.
