I was called and told the Federal Reserve Bank had selected out of several in my area to receive a $9k grant. I needed to provide a small processing fee of a couple hundred dollars and by way of Western Union send the funds to some one in India, told they offered best rates, the funds would be refunded with grant, this happened several more times and to different locations, always told fees would be refunded, my last phone call 5/21 craig anderson 315 939 5269 told me that if I did not send another $250. I would forfit my grant and lose invested funds, told him no more money he said no refund. I have all the receipts and names. Sincerely Chaz Chapot
