I ordered an item through ebay with bill me later, an Ipod classic. Within hours of the order I cancelled the order and closed the account. Now, 6 months later I am receiving harassing phone calls on an item I did not receive. All attempts to trace merchant through bill me later and paypal have failed. Billmelater refuses to provide me with any contact info on the merchant who appears to have disappeared
