I have placed my order and pay money. Several days after that I was informed that the parcel was dispatched and delivered by Chinesse postal service. That email was i Chinesse what was very strange to me. As the website faces as selling the originals, I thought the sellers are from Spain. That was the reason I was very surprised they sent goods from Spain to Central Europe through China. I wrote to the customer support if they are sure they sent the parcel to the right destination and they answered they are. After two weeks I received the parcel. When I saw it I was sure that something is wrong. The parcel was sent from China, was poorly wraped, boots were in damage box, also smell chemical and they were fake. I also got different shoes from those I have ordered (different colour and shape). I immediately complained to customer service to Lucy who presented herself as my point of contact. She tried to make the feeling everything is ok. She asked me to take a picture of that shoes and describe what I consider to be a fake on them. I wrote her that I recognize fake of Camper shoes on the first sight. Then she admited it was fake and she promised to refund money within 3-5 days after they receive the tracking number of a parcel. I have sent it to the address which was on the parcel I have received. The parcel came back to me in two weeks because of insufficient address. No money was refund. The seller does not communicate. I have claimed the payment in my bank and now I am waiting for the results. I also let the Camper company knew about these fake websites. (I am sorry for my English, I am not a native speaker)
