On 11/17 I had placed my order for two handbags totalling $118.00. I immediately recieved a confirmation email from webdopay indicating the transcation of payment. On 11/23 I recieved an email from Coach Factory confirming my order was sent using a parcel carrier service ems and suppling me with a tracking number. The parcel was delivered and signed by someone in China. I emailed coach on 12/7 asking them to look into this. They immediately replied acknowledging the parcel carrier had made a mistake and that they were sending out a new parcel. That is the last time I heard from Coach, dispite the multiple emails I have sent indicating that I still have not recieved my order.
