My daughter showed me an online ugg salesroom where the boots were reasonably cheaper, yet still middle-ranged at around 70,00 euros per pair. We ordered three pairs. I wasn´t sure if the transaction took place because i never got a reconfirmation - i just forgot about it. Then i get a fedex notice, saying the parcel from china should be delivered. I was very surprised, especially because every outside europe parcel means paying taxes. This one, though, didn´t. The goods were declared as "plastic-box". After opening them it was clear that i had been a fraud victim. I sent a mail to "kindtrading" and their response is "how can you say it is fake and fraud, it is just what you ordered?" they didn´t mention a word on money refund. I am going to a government office today to see what chances i have to get my money back. Fortunately i kept the sender´s address on the parcel? These people are true criminals!
