I placed an order with this company online on the 2nd of August. It all seemed OK until I placed the order and paid. After that I started getting emails in Chinese from a hotmail address. I replied back saying that I do not speak Chinese and asked if they could resend the email in English. I received an answer pretty soon in a very poor English saying that my order is being processed.
It took 2 weeks to receive my order, I got it this morning. However it was nothing like the pair of Camper Shoes I ordered and paid for.
It turned out that this order was sent to me from China so when it arrived to Ireland, I received a phone call from DHL saying that I have to pay customs duty on it, this was 3 days ago. They told me that the value attached to this parcel was over €2,000 and they (DHL) had already paid the duty of €679 for it. I then told them that there must have been a mistake made becuase the value I paid was €112.35 so the duty cannot be that much.
DHL then came back to me saying that this was indeed a mistake. I then paid the correct amount to them this morning (€22.64) and was told that DHL will have to try and get a refund for the large amount of customs duty they paid (€679) due to this "error" in relation to the value attached to this parcel.
After all I received the parcel today but what was in it is not what I ordered at all. I ordered a lovely pair of men's Camper Shoes for my boyfriend but what I received was a cheap (horrible!!!) pair of Chinese shoes (even the writing on it is in Chinese) with no invoice or anything in a plastic bag, not even a box.
Even though I didn't believe this was an honest mistake, I did email the customer service of this company I received no answer (of course) just dodgy emails asking me how I received the wrong shoes. When I asked for a refund I got no answer at all.
All I have managed to find out so far is that the payment was processed in the UK through a website called www.billingsupportsystem.com and the parcel was sent from the following address:

I'm not sure if there is any hope I will get any of my money back but I would at least like to save other people from ordering from this website.
