I sent away for a free sample of their product which cost £2.45. I received the sample but did not order the product. Since then they have taken out three payments on the 3 10 2012 and on the 15 10 2012. I phoned them and complained and they said that they had sent the product which i have yet to receive. I can not afford this and it is a disgrace that these companies are getting away our money.!!
