I foolishly clicked on a "Free trial offer" postage and packaging only for a trial sample of Rejuvenex. I never received a trial sample, instead, each month for the past three, large amounts of money have been taken from my account. I have since spoken to someone at my bank to stop any further payments being taken out. But, I have had only received one order of Rejuvenex cream and even though I have e-mailed customer services three times to ask them to stop taking money from my account, return payments back to me and to contact me to let me know why they are taking this money, I do not get a reply back from them.in total I have had nearly three hundred english pounds taken from my account and as far as I am aware I never agreed to them doing this. Why? When I clicked on a trial sample, would I then agree to pay each month for the full product, without trying the sample FIRST. I am really upset by this whole episode. Can anyone advise me? As to how I can get my money back for a product in which I have never received?
